sUbe-T Ride LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "sUbe-T Ride LLC") is an entity that facilitates the intermediation and connection between Beneficiaries (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the Beneficiary"), who require transportation, delivery, or other services, and the providers, contractors, or independent drivers (hereinafter referred to as "Contractors" or "Service Providers"). Therefore, the Company does not directly provide the requested services but acts as an intermediary for the Beneficiary and the Contractors to connect and, if applicable, independently formalize the provision of the service.

BY ACCESSING AND USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE TERMS"), WHICH ESTABLISH A CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND sUbe-T RIDE LLC.

These Terms regulate the use of the technology platform, website, mobile application, phone lines, messaging service, and/or any other booking or communication channel provided by sUbe-T Ride LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The Beneficiary acknowledges that sUbe-T Ride LLC:

• Is not an employer of the Contractors.
• Does not assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, conduct, quality, or any event arising from the relationship between the Beneficiary and the Contractors.
• Does not guarantee the availability, quality, suitability, or legality of the services provided by the Contractors.

By accepting these Terms, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and that you understand and accept that the use of our services is at your own risk and in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States.

By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

sUbe-T Ride LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version at https://sube-tridellc.com/ or by notifying the Beneficiary through any means (email, SMS, in-app notification, etc.). Continued use of the Services after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

To create an account, the Beneficiary must provide accurate, truthful, up-to-date, and complete personal information. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in suspension or cancellation of the account.

The Beneficiary is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (username and password). Any activity carried out from their account will be presumed to be their responsibility.

The Beneficiary may not authorize third parties to use their account or allow minors under 18 to access it.

sUbe-T Ride LLC provides a connection platform between Beneficiaries and Contractors. At no time does it generate an employment, dependency, or subordination relationship between sUbe-T Ride LLC and the Contractors, nor between sUbe-T Ride LLC and the Beneficiaries.

Any agreement, contract, or commercial relationship for the effective provision of transportation, delivery, or other services is formalized exclusively between the Beneficiary and the Contractor, with no liability for sUbe-T Ride LLC.

The Beneficiary is responsible for verifying, before hiring, the licenses, permits, insurance, or any other legal requirement that the Contractor must meet to provide the service.

Rates may be unilaterally modified by sUbe-T Ride LLC. The current version will be duly notified or reflected on the platform.

Service charges will be processed through the Beneficiary’s registered payment method at the end of each trip or service. During peak demand periods, sUbe-T Ride LLC may apply an additional cost (dynamic pricing), which will be included in the final price.

Unless required by law, all rates are non-refundable.

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the content, trademarks, logos, software, and other distinctive elements related to sUbe-T Ride LLC belong to the Company and/or its licensors.

The Beneficiary does not acquire any intellectual or industrial property rights by using the Services. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation without prior written authorization from sUbe-T Ride LLC is prohibited.

sUbe-T Ride LLC is committed to treating the Beneficiary’s personal data with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the United States.

By using our Services, the Beneficiary authorizes the sending of promotions, discounts, and notifications via SMS, calls, or email.

In case of legal investigations, court orders, or government requests, sUbe-T Ride LLC may disclose the Beneficiary’s personal information to the relevant authorities, in accordance with the law.

sUbe-T Ride LLC does not directly provide transportation or delivery services. Our function is exclusively to act as an intermediary platform connecting Beneficiaries with independent Contractors.

sUbe-T Ride LLC assumes no responsibility for:

• The quality, punctuality, or safety of the services provided by the Contractor.
• Any damage, loss, incident, or inconvenience that occurs during the execution of the service.
• Any agreement, collection, or service provided between the Beneficiary and the Contractor.

By accepting and/or using the Services of sUbe-T Ride LLC, the Beneficiary declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, and acknowledges that the relationship with the Contractor is independent of sUbe-T Ride LLC, releasing the latter from any liability arising from such a relationship.
